The day before each appointment, at 9 am, you receive an email reminder with a “Confirm appointment” button. You can also confirm here.
For court hearings, the reminder also lets you send a justified excuse with supporting evidence if you are unable to attend.

How do I sign in?
Enter the email address at which you receive messages from the office and click “Send sign-in link”. A link valid for 30 days is sent to that address.
Do I need a password or an app?
No. The portal works in the browser on your phone and computer; you sign in with the link from your email.
Who can use the portal?
Clients of the office whose email address is known to us — from scheduled appointments, invoices or previous correspondence.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Data is shown only after you sign in, only to you, and is protected by attorney-client privilege. Please do not forward your sign-in link.
What if I cannot attend a hearing?
The hearing reminder includes a button for sending a justified excuse with evidence (e.g. a medical certificate), which we submit to the authority in time. In urgent cases, call the office.
