What is an online consultation
An online consultation is a conversation with a lawyer over a secure connection, from a computer or a phone, with video or audio only, as you prefer. It works just like a meeting at the office: you describe the situation, and the lawyer explains your options, deadlines and costs under Serbian law. If your matter requires a meeting in person, you will be told before booking.

How an online consultation works
Online consultations are paid in advance. From request to conversation, in seven steps.
Request
In the form, state the topic, whether you want video or audio only, and your billing details.
Invoice
You receive the invoice with the payment details by email.
Payment
Pay using the invoice details, then send the proof of payment using the button in the email.
Choose a time
After payment, we send you several available times and you choose one.
Confirmation and link
We confirm the appointment by email with the link; a reminder arrives the day before.
Conversation
At the scheduled time, open the link: with your camera on, or audio only.
Next steps
We agree on the next steps: documents, deadlines and, if needed, a follow-up appointment.

Technical preparation
Before the call
You need a stable internet connection. For a video call you need a camera and microphone; for an audio-only call a microphone is enough. Choose a quiet place where no one else is present.
During the call
Headphones improve the sound and keep the conversation confidential. Keep the documents you want to discuss at hand.
If the connection drops
Open the same link again. If you cannot reconnect, call +381 69 20 35 022 and we will continue by phone.
Privacy and confidentiality
Online consultations are not recorded. Everything you say is protected by attorney-client privilege, just as at the office. The data from the form is used only to issue the invoice, schedule the appointment and reply to your request.
Online consultations: frequently asked questions
How much does an online consultation cost and how is it paid?
The fee is paid in advance, based on the invoice you receive by email, by bank transfer. After payment, we send you the available times.
Can I talk without a camera?
Yes. Choose “Without video” in the form and join with audio only using the same link.
Can the invoice be issued to a company?
Yes. Choose “Company” and enter the company name, tax ID and address.
Can I send documents before the call?
Yes. Send them to office@advokatcincarevic.rs before the appointment so the lawyer can review them.
Is an online consultation confidential?
Yes. The conversation is protected by attorney-client privilege and is not recorded.
