Deadline calculator
Calculate the last day of a deadline from the day a decision or document was delivered. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday in Serbia, it moves to the next working day.
How deadlines are calculated
A deadline set in days starts running on the first day after the day of delivery. A deadline set in months or years expires on the day whose number corresponds to the day of delivery; if there is no such day in that month, it expires on the last day of the month. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday when courts do not work, the deadline expires on the next working day.
The calculator applies Serbian procedural rules and public holidays in Serbia, including Orthodox Easter.
